Seven Luck Membership Card

7Luck Membership Card saves the results of table games and slot machine games as points, which can be transferred to Shinhan Korea Travel Card at Seven Luck. Those who wish to have this card issued must not be Koreans (excluding overseas emigrants identified by Article 2 of Emigration Law) and they must not be under 19 years of age. They must first agree to the terms of use and verify their identity.

The card must be presented to the staff in charge before starting a game to have the results of the game saved on the card. For slot machine games, the card must be inserted into the machine before starting a game to receive services according to the game results.

What if I have lost the Membership Card?

You must inform the Company promptly of a lost or stolen card. You are responsible for all damages and losses that occur from negligence on your part and the Company shall not be held liable.

How do I get the Membership Card re-issued?

  1. If you have lost the card or the card has been damaged, the desk in charge will re-issue it for you after first verifying your identity. The card will be issued immediately upon your application.
  2. Holders of Silver Membership Cards cannot save comps with a card that has passed the expiry date.
