7LUCK MEMBERSHIP POINTS LIMITATION
The accumulated points will automatically disappear unless used within one year from the last accrued
date of the points.
01 Card issue is available only to persons older than 19 years of age. Persons residing in Korea (excluding emigrant identified in Article 2 of Emigration Law) are not eligible to get the card. To issue the card, persons should agree to the terms of use and be identified.
02 GKL may deny the registration of ineligible persons.
03 The Membership Card is the property of GKL and it is not allowed to be lent or transferred to a third party or to be used for mortgage. The card services and benefits are only available at the designated locations.
04 The accumulated points will automatically disappear unless used within one year from the last accrued date of the points. However, the membership will remain.
05 If we determine you or your activities apply to the below cases,
GKL may, at any time, terminate or restrict membership without notice.
1) In the event of illegal use on purpose or by serious mistake.
2) In the event of unfair use like lending and granting of the card.
3) In the event of being found of unfair activities in gaming.
4) In the event of submitting different information from that on the card application form.
5) In the event of being found of illegal acts such as usury.
6) In the event of getting more than two warnings because of words and/or actions to others harming the business environment in the casino.
7) In the event of damage to the business facilities at the location.
8) In the event of violating customer regulations decided by GKL
9) In the event of submitting a written membership termination request.
10) In the event of damage to the business of GKL
06 The member is obliged to promptly give notice for a lost or stolen card to GKL. The member is responsible for any loss or damages caused by neglecting the notice. GKL is not responsible for it.
07 The member is obliged to give notice of the change in personal information such as address, phone number, etc to GKL. The member is responsible for any loss or damages caused by neglecting the notice. GKL is not responsible for it.
08 For the reissue of stolen or lost card, you may receive a replacement card immediately by verifying your identification at customer service desk.
