7Luck Membership Card is a card that saves game points on tables and slot machines, and you can exchange the points with gift certificates, and comp chips at the cashier of each 7Luck Casino Center. You may use gift certificates like cash. (Details of gifts provided in exchange for the points may vary among centers.)

Is there an age requirement to receive the 7Luck Membership Card?

Yes. Koreans (with the exception of those under the conditions listed in article 2 of the Emigration Law) and person under age 19 are not eligible to receive the 7Luck Membership Card.

Can I get rejected in receiving the 7Luck Membership Card?

Yes. If the applier is considered as ineligible for 7Luck Casinos' member, issuing of the 7Luck Membership Card can be rejected.

What is the 7Luck Membership Points?

The 7Luck Membership Points are points that you accumulate through your participation in games at each 7Luck Casino.

Can I transfer my 7Luck Membership Card to someone else?

No. The use of the 7Luck Membership Card is valid for personal use only and cannot be transferred or used as a security. In addition, the services and benefits of the card may only be used at the appointed casino.

Can I lose my membership rights or use of the 7Luck Membership Card?

Yes. If a member falls under any of the following cases, we may revoke membership or suspend the card without prior notice: 1) If the card has been fraudulently used with the customer’s intention or gross negligence; 2) If the card has been fraudulently used by lending or transferring; 3) If the customer is caught cheating during casino games; 4) If the application form has been filled out falsely; 5) If the customer is caught engaging in illegal activities such as loan sharking; 6) If the customer receives two or more warnings for actions or speeches that disturb the atmosphere of our establishment by causing discomfort to others; 7) If the customer destroys properties of our establishment; 8) If the customer violates the compliance requirements set by our company; 9) If the customer voluntarily requests to withdraw membership in writing; or 10) If the customer otherwise causes harm to our business operations.

What must I do if I lose my 7Luck Membership Card?

The member must report the loss or theft of the card to 7Luck as soon as possible. 7Luck shall not be liable for any damages that may occur for such cases.

What must I do if my personal information has changed after the issue of the 7Luck Membership Card?

The member must notify 7Luck in case of personal informations' change, such as address and phone number. If the member fails to notify 7Luck, 7Luck is not be liable for any damages that may occur.

Can I receive a new Membership Card if I my Membership Card is lost or stolen?

Yes. Re-issuing of Membership Cards can be done at every 7Luck Casino upon verification of ID.
